Job Title: Channel Sales Executive / Assistant Manager – Real Estate

Role Overview:

We are looking for a results-driven Channel Sales professional to onboard, build, and manage relationships with Channel Partners (CPs), brokers, and property consultants to drive real estate project sales.

Key Responsibilities:

* Partner Onboarding & Management: Identify, onboard, and activate recent channel partners and brokers while maintaining solid relationships with existing ones.

* Sales & Target Achievement: Drive project sales through the channel network to consistently achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

* Partner Enablement & Engagement: Conduct CP meets, present project details/pricing/schemes, and host training sessions to keep partners engaged and active.

* Lead Generation & Closures: Coordinate customer site visits with CPs, manage lead-to-booking conversions, and assist in closing deals.

* Process & CRM Coordination: Record all partner leads in the CRM, track sales pipelines, and coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Finance) for smooth deal closures.





* Payout & Administrative Support: Ensure timely processing of CP commissions, payouts, and incentives.

* Market Intelligence & Events: Monitor competitor pricing and trends, reactivate inactive partners, and represent the brand at real estate exhibitions and networking meets.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

* Monthly and quarterly sales value & unit volume targets achieved.

* Number of new channel partners onboarded and actively generating business.

* Number of qualified leads, site visits, and overall booking conversions.

* Channel partner contribution percentage to total project sales.

* Partner retention rate and repeat bookings.

* Accuracy and timeliness in CRM updates, sales reporting, and commission processing.

Pay: ₹408,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
