About The Role

We are hiring for our client, a rapid-growing e-commerce business, for an FP&A; / Business Finance professional to drive financial planning, performance analysis, forecasting, and business insights.

Key Responsibilities
Own monthly P&L; and Balance Sheet for the assigned business/unit.
Partner with Accounting for monthly closure and ensure financial accuracy.
Drive Actual vs. Budget vs. Forecast variance analysis and identify key business drivers.
Analyse revenue, costs, margins, and profitability trends.
Build and maintain MIS, dashboards, financial models, and rolling forecasts.
Support annual budgeting and periodic re-forecasting.
Work closely with Business and Operations teams to understand financial and operational drivers.
Present key insights, risks,



and recommendations to the CFO and leadership team.

Must-Have
CA / equivalent qualification.
3+ years of experience in FP&A;, Business Finance, or Financial Reporting.
Solid understanding of P&L; and Balance Sheet.
Advanced Excel, MIS, dashboarding, and financial modelling skills.
Robust analytical and communication skills.
Hands-on experience in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

Preferred
Experience in E-commerce, D2C, Retail, or Consumer businesses.
