Recruit and activate life insurance advisors/agents.
Develop and manage a productive agency network.
Drive life insurance sales through agents/advisors.
Conduct field activities, joint calls, and customer meetings.
Train and motivate agents to achieve sales targets.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business goals.
Build solid relationships with advisors and customers.
Ensure policy issuance, documentation, and customer servicing.
Maintain daily sales reports and agency MIS.
