Job Description

We are looking for a
Maintenance Technician
with hands-on experience in the
Polymer/Plastic/Masterbatch Manufacturing Industry
.

Responsibilities
Preventive and breakdown maintenance of polymer processing machines.
Maintenance and troubleshooting of
Extruder, Injection Moulding Machine, Blown Film Machine, Mixer/Kneader, Pelletizer, Dryer, Chiller and Compressor
.
Troubleshooting of
Hydraulic, Pneumatic and Mechanical systems
.
Maintenance of motors, pumps, gearboxes, bearings, heaters, sensors and valves.
Basic troubleshooting of
Electrical Panels, VFD, PLC and Temperature Controllers
.
Attend machine breakdowns and minimize machine downtime.




Maintain preventive maintenance and breakdown records.
Follow safety and 5S standards.

Required Skills
Hands-on experience in
Polymer/Masterbatch/Plastic Industry Maintenance
.
Valuable mechanical maintenance and troubleshooting skills.
Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Basic electrical troubleshooting knowledge.
Experience with Extruder / Injection Moulding machines will be preferred.
ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Maintenance or Polymer Engineering.
