Specialist Non-Financial Data Analytics & Reporting provides analytical and technical expertise for the implementation/integration of Non-Financial Risk systems or processes with other risk elements across the organization to meet data management and reporting requirements.

A functional & technical expert in contributing to risk data analytics solutions along with data visualization in partnership with the global Risk Analytics Data & Reporting (RADaR) team members.

Role Summary:
Basic awareness of Risk and Compliance governance frameworks and management information requirements.
Exposure to data engineering concepts such as ETL/ELT pipelines, data modeling and data integration (preferred).
Exposure to Data Governance/Data Stewardship concepts (preferred, not mandatory).




Prior internship, academic project, or early-career experience in a financial services, compliance, or risk-related context is a plus. Analytical skills.Position Summary:
The Associate – Data Engineering & Non-Financial Risk Reporting supports the Risk Analytics Data and Reporting (RADaR) team in building, maintaining and optimizing the data pipelines and ETL processes that power Non-Financial Risk (NFR) reporting and analytics.
The Associate will assist in developing and supporting data ingestion, transformation and integration workflows in Snowflake, alongside data governance, data quality and data management activities across the NFR reporting and analytics landscape, under the guidance of senior team members.
The role also supports the development of Tableau dashboards and reports that translate governed, pipeline-ready data into actionable NFR insights for stakeholders.
