.Position OverviewWe are seeking a hands-on and data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to boost our online presence, drive website traffic, and generate qualified leads. You will manage multi-channel digital campaigns and work with our team to turn online traffic into customer growth.

Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management: Plan and execute digital campaigns across SEO, paid search (SEM/PPC), email, and social media.
Content Creation: Write compelling copy for ads, social media, blog posts, and marketing emails.
Data Analysis: Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) like traffic, conversion rates, and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) using analytical tools.
Optimization: Conduct A/B testing on landing pages and ad creatives to improve performance.




Market Research: Analyze competitor strategies, consumer behavior, and emerging digital trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing or campaign execution.
Technical Tools: Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush).
Soft Skills: Solid written and verbal communication, problem-solving abilities, and project management skills.
Certifications: Relevant credentials (like Google Ads or Meta certifications) are a plus
