Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and energetic School Principal to lead the academic and operational functions of a CBSE school. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, academic administration, and team management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the overall academic and administrative operations of the school.
Develop and implement academic plans aligned with CBSE standards.
Guide, mentor, and monitor teaching and non-teaching staff.
Ensure effective curriculum implementation and quality teaching practices.
Monitor student academic performance, discipline, and overall development.
Conduct regular staff meetings, academic reviews, and performance assessments.
Build solid relationships with parents and address concerns professionally.
Ensure compliance with school policies, CBSE guidelines, and safety standards.
Plan and coordinate school events, activities, and academic programs.
Drive continuous improvement in academic quality and school operations.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in a Principal or senior school leadership role.
B.Ed is mandatory.
Experience in a CBSE school is preferred.
Solid leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
Excellent team management and administrative abilities.
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
