We are looking for an Architectural Draftsman / Technical Drawing Assistant who can support our design team in translating architectural concepts into accurate, detailed and construction-ready drawings.

About the role:

The candidate will be responsible for preparing and developing 2D architectural drawings, working drawings, construction details and documentation based on the design direction provided by the Architect / Design Head.

The ideal candidate should have strong attention to detail, valuable knowledge of architectural drafting and the ability to understand drawings, dimensions, materials and construction requirements.





Key Responsibilities
Prepare accurate 2D architectural drawings using AutoCAD.
Develop plans, sections, elevations and detailed drawings from design concepts.
Prepare working drawings and construction drawings for residential and commercial projects.

Develop architectural details including:
Flooring layouts
False ceiling layouts
Door & window details
Staircase details
Toilet details
Kitchen details
Furniture layouts
Wall elevations
Joinery details
Material and finish details
Assist in preparing interior working drawings and technical documentation.
Convert sketches, marked-up drawings and design instructions into exact CAD drawings.
Maintain drawing standards, layers, dimensions, annotations and sheet formatting.
Coordinate drawings with architectural, structural, MEP and interior requirements.
Revise drawings based on comments from the Architect / Design
