Role Description

This is a full-time in office role based in Mandi. The candidate will lead R&D; on
PDA-based smart visual indicators
, focusing on polymer chemistry, material formulation, characterization, and optimization of temperature-responsive systems. The role involves hands-on laboratory research, prototype development, troubleshooting, and contributing to TaapSense’s scientific roadmap and technology commercialization.

Qualifications
Proficiency in Laboratory Skills, including experimental design,



execution, and safety protocols
Experience in Research and Development (R&D;) with a strong focus on cutting-edge solutions
Expertise in Materials Science, including knowledge of material properties and applications
Strong understanding of Polymers and their performance characteristics
Solid foundation in Physics with practical applications in material behavior
Proven ability to solve complex problems and guide teams in achieving technical milestones
Ph.D. or equivalent advanced degree in Chemistry, Materials Science, or a related field preferred
Prior experience in startups or entrepreneurial ventures is highly desirable
Excellent communication skills and a cooperative mindset
