Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented F&B; Manager to oversee the overall Food & Beverage operations of the resort. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining excellent service standards, managing the F&B; team, controlling costs, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maximizing departmental revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of all F&B; outlets and service areas.
Ensure high standards of food quality, service, hygiene, and guest satisfaction.
Plan and coordinate restaurant, banquet, buffet, events, and special functions.
Supervise, train, motivate, and evaluate F&B; staff.
Prepare staff duty rosters, schedules, and daily operational assignments.
Monitor guest feedback and resolve complaints professionally and promptly.
Coordinate with Kitchen, Front Office, Housekeeping, Purchase, Stores, and other departments.
Monitor food and beverage costs, wastage, inventory, and stock levels.
Ensure proper control of operating expenses and departmental budgets.




Maintain and implement F&B; SOPs and service standards.
Monitor restaurant sales, daily revenue, and departmental performance.
Conduct regular briefings and training sessions for the F&B; team.
Ensure proper grooming, discipline, and skilled conduct of staff.
Coordinate with Purchase and Stores to ensure availability of required supplies.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, health, and safety regulations.
Handle VIP guests and special guest requirements when required.
Develop ideas to improve guest experience, sales, and overall F&B; profitability.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports as required.
Ensure smooth coordination between service and kitchen operations.

Requirements:
Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality Management.
4–7 years of relevant experience in F&B; operations, preferably in a hotel or resort.
Robust knowledge of restaurant, banquet, and overall FB
