Position Summary

The Assistant Manager, Centralized Recruiting provides frontline leadership for the GCN centralized recruitment team supporting high-volume, full-cycle recruitment for defined roles within the HOS and ILOB lines of business. This role supervises the daily work of recruiters assigned to a designated line of business and is accountable for maintaining candidate throughput through offer extension, meeting service-level expectations, and ensuring consistent execution of standardized recruitment processes.

The Assistant Manager monitors recruiter productivity, reviews daily performance metrics and service-level agreements, coaches team members, addresses performance gaps, and escalates material issues to the Senior Manager for resolution. Success requires solid people leadership, data orientation,



process discipline, problem-solving ability, and the capacity to operate effectively in a quick-paced, high-demand workplace.

Responsibilities

Recruitment Delivery & Candidate Throughput

• Supervise the day-to-day work of recruiters supporting high-volume, full-cycle recruitment for defined HOS and ILOB roles within an assigned line of business.
• Set clear daily priorities, assign work, and maintain focus on candidate throughput through offer extension.
• Monitor requisition activity, recruiter capacity, pipeline health, and workflow bottlenecks; adjust assignments within the team as needed.

Productivity, Metrics & SLA Management

• Monitor recruiter productivity and review daily service-level agreements, key performance indicators, and operational metrics to drive performance.
• Use applicant tracking system data, Power BI dashboards, and structured reports to identify trends, risks,
