Job Summary

Proflow is looking for an energetic and technically competent Sales Engineer to develop business for our range of instrumentation, fluid-control, piping, and industrial products.

The Sales Engineer will be responsible for identifying new customers, understanding technical requirements, preparing quotations, following up on enquiries, developing customer relationships, and achieving assigned sales targets.

The role requires a combination of technical product understanding, B2B industrial sales skills, customer relationship management, and commercial follow-up.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development
Identify and develop new customers in target industries.
Generate enquiries through calls, emails, LinkedIn, customer visits, references, and project leads.
Develop business with EPC contractors, OEMs,



system integrators, project companies, process industries, and industrial end users.
Identify upcoming projects and generate prospects at an early stage.
Build and maintain a solid customer and prospect database.
Arrange meetings and conduct regular customer visits.
Technical Sales

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products for applications involving:
Pressure gauges and accessories
Pressure and differential pressure transmitters
Temperature instruments
Flow and level instrumentation
Compression and instrumentation tube fittings
Threaded and pipe fittings
Needle, ball and check valves
Cryogenic valves
Safety and relief valves
Pressure regulators and gas-control equipment
Stainless-steel hoses and flexible connections
Flanges and piping accessories
Customized fluid-control components and assemblies
