Role Description
This is a full time, in office Business Development Manager role based in Mangaluru.



The Business Development Manager will identify and develop recent business opportunities in the study-abroad and medical education segments, build and nurture relationships with partner institutions, and expand CEECO’s presence in the region. The role includes meeting prospective students and families, explaining program options, coordinating with internal counseling teams, and driving student enrollments through structured outreach and follow-ups. The manager will analyze market trends, prepare business proposals, support marketing initiatives, and represent the organization at events, seminars, and educational fairs. The role also involves maintaining accurate sales pipelines and reports, achieving agreed targets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve service offerings.
