We are building a premium D2C skincare brand (YOU Skincare) and looking for someone who can own Meta Ads end-to-end — from creative ideation to performance scaling.

This is NOT a “campaign manager” role.
We need someone who understands what makes ads convert:
Meta Ads scaling
Creative testing
UGC/reels ad strategy
Shopify/D2C funnels
CAC, ROAS, CTR optimization
Skincare/beauty audience psychology

Responsibilities
Run & optimize Facebook/Instagram ads
Test creatives, hooks & ad angles
Scale winning campaigns
Improve conversions & sales performance
Daily reporting & performance analysis

Requirements
Experience with D2C/eCommerce brands
Solid understanding of Meta Ads Manager
Creative + performance mindset
Knowledge of UGC/reel-style ads preferred




Must understand scaling, testing, & optimization

Compensation
Fixed Salary: ₹20,000–₹25,000
Performance Bonus
