Role Description The Assistant Manager role is a full time, in office position based in Guwahati. This role supports daily operations by coordinating between teams, monitoring workflows, and ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on schedule. Responsibilities include assisting in planning and execution of projects, preparing reports and documentation, and tracking performance indicators.



The Assistant Manager will help manage staffing schedules, support team training and development, and address operational issues as they arise.
