Job Purpose
Manage key client relationships, develop digital marketing and brand strategies aligned with client business objectives, and ensure seamless execution through internal teams — balancing strategic thinking, client servicing, and cross-functional coordination.

Key Responsibilities
• Client & Account Management: Own the client relationship end-to-end (onboarding to renewal); understand client business, audience, and competition; run regular reviews and resolve concerns proactively.
• Brand & Digital Strategy: Develop strategies and campaign concepts based on market/competitor analysis, ensuring alignment with brand identity and business goals.
• Campaign Planning & Execution: Build project plans and timelines; coordinate with Performance Marketing, Social, Creative, SEO, Content, and Web teams; track TATs, approvals, and deliverables.
• Performance & Reporting:



Review campaign performance with internal teams; prepare and present reports with actionable insights and optimization recommendations.
• Client Servicing & Documentation: Convert client needs into explicit briefs; manage expectations and escalations; maintain accurate records, trackers, and meeting documentation.
• Internal Coordination: Act as the bridge between clients and execution teams; provide direction, follow up on deliverables, and escalate risks to management.
• Business Growth: Identify upsell/cross-sell and account expansion prospects; contribute to client retention and long-term relationships.
• Client Meetings: Lead business reviews; present performance, plans, and recommendations; ensure follow-through on action items.

Key Performance Indicators
Client satisfaction & account health; retention and renewals; quality of strategy and execution; TAT adherence; reporting accuracy; account growth contribution; and quality of client communication.
