We are seeking an experienced IAM Operations Associate to join our Access Management team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing access requests across Active Directory, UNIX, database, Cyberark and other directory systems while troubleshooting access-related issues within defined SLAs. You will support and administer IAM and PAM to ensure that applications and platforms across the enterprise adhere to corporate patterns and IAM security standards.

This position combines hands-on operational support with a governance mindset. You will help define access models, manage account lifecycles, operationalize provisioning and authentication tasks, and develop reporting to keep our access methods aligned with auditing and regulatory controls. Success in this role requires robust technical depth in AD, Cyberark and/or UNIX/Linux security with a solid grounding in IAM principles and the ability to collaborate effectively with application and platform owners.

Key Responsibilities




Process access requests and incidents from a queue-based system spanning a broad range of IT systems, meeting or exceeding defined SLAs.
Provide operational support for IAM processes using tools such as Active Directory Users and Computers, CyberArk, Sudo, BoKS, and SQL Studio.
Support and process requests for the CyberArk privileged access management solution.
Manage the full user lifecycle (Joiners, Movers, Leavers) across the enterprise.
Define access models, support patterns, and account lifecycle management, and operationalize tasks related to provisioning, authentication, and authorization.
Develop reporting and metrics to measure service performance, identify trends, and surface potential risks.
Analyze queue metrics to identify improvement opportunities and refine processes.
Define requirements and data flows to automate operationalized tasks.
Assist with onboarding recent applications and platforms to centralize IAM services, including developing recent access mod
