The candidate will support day-to-day HR activities, employee coordination, recruitment, documentation, attendance, and other HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates and coordinating interviews.
Handle employee joining, onboarding, and documentation processes.
Maintain and update employee records and HR documents.
Coordinate with employees regarding attendance, leave, policies, and general HR-related matters.
Assist in preparing HR letters, certificates, and other employee documentation.
Support employee engagement and internal communication activities.
Assist with payroll-related HR data and attendance information.
Coordinate with different departments for HR requirements.




Help implement and maintain company HR policies and procedures.
Support management in day-to-day HR and administrative activities.
