Job Description – Cloud Operations Engineer

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Cloud Operations Engineer to manage and support complex IT Healthcare applications and cloud-based infrastructure in an international setting. The role requires robust technical expertise across AWS/Azure Cloud, Windows/Linux, Kubernetes, monitoring, automation, ITIL operations, and information security.

The successful candidate will work closely with global stakeholders and international partners to ensure the availability, reliability, performance, security, and continuous improvement of business-critical IT applications and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
Operate and support complex IT applications across production and non-production settings.
Provide operational support for AWS and Azure cloud environments, including infrastructure and cloud-native services.
Manage and troubleshoot Windows and Linux operating systems and infrastructure components.
Work hands-on with AWS services, including:
Amazon EC2, RDS , Dynamo DB, Lambda , S3 , IAM ,



VPC etc
Manage and support Kubernetes/containerized environments.
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes ECS .
Monitor application and infrastructure health using tools such as Dynatrace , Grafana etc
Analyze monitoring alerts, identify root causes, and drive incident resolution and preventive actions.
Perform ITIL-based operational activities including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Service Management.
Develop and maintain operating handbooks, SOPs, knowledge articles, and operational documentation.
Independently identify operational issues, risks, and improvement opportunities and drive them to resolution.
Collaborate with application, infrastructure, security, development, and project teams across different locations.
Support project implementation, transition, and operational readiness activities.
