Role Description
The Owner role at Kyndryl in Noida is a full time, in office position responsible for leading end-to-end ownership of key business or technology domains. This includes defining strategic objectives, overseeing execution, and ensuring high-quality delivery of services and solutions to internal and external stakeholders. The Owner will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align initiatives with business goals, manage resources, and monitor performance metrics. Daily responsibilities involve decision-making on priorities, resolving escalations, driving process improvements, and ensuring compliance with organizational standards and customer commitments. The role also includes mentoring team members, fostering a culture of accountability, and contributing to long-term planning and innovation within the assigned portfolio.

Qualifications
Solid leadership and ownership mindset, with experience overseeing complex projects, teams,



or business units.
Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, manage priorities, and make data-informed decisions.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at multiple organizational levels.
Background in technology services, infrastructure, or digital transformation settings is highly beneficial.
Demonstrated capability in strategic planning, resource management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
Ability to work on-site in Noida, with a commitment to high professional standards, integrity, and customer focus.
