Position Summary

The Onboarding Coordinator Analyst I, is responsible for providing customer service and support to HR colleagues and candidates through management of the candidate’s onboarding process. The Onboarding Coordinator will perform administrative and transactional activities in support of these functions, including but not limited to initiating pre-employment screenings as applicable, sending correspondence to candidates, following up on current hire paperwork and collecting job descriptions to ensure the planned start date is achieved. The Onboarding Coordinator will be engaged to seek ongoing performance improvement prospects in all areas related to the successful onboarding of candidates for the assigned market, division, or line of business. The role delivers service to candidates, employees,



managers and HR staff; resolves escalated issues; performs onboarding transactions; and ensures compliance with HR policies, service level agreements, and established procedures.

Performance Reporting & Insights

• Provide excellent customer service by responding to online inquiries from HR colleagues, candidates, and internal colleagues in an effort to ensure candidates meet the planned start date.
• Initiate welcome email, job descriptions and collect signed Recent Hire Paperwork packets from candidates.
• Troubleshoot questions from field HR representatives while partnering with the HROC service groups regarding new hire actions related to emails, NHP and JD’s.
• Utilize tools and resources to ensure candidate is flowing through system(s) and processes appropriately and timely.
• Provide ongoing communication to HRBP’s and the HROC regarding candidate status.
• Research and resolve escalated cases; document actions
