Role Overview
We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Sales Executive who can handle the complete property sales cycle—from lead generation and customer consultation to site visits, negotiation, and final closure.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle leads received through digital channels, referrals, property portals, and walk-ins.

• Understand customer requirements, including budget, location, configuration, and lifestyle preferences.

• Present suitable residential projects and explain project USPs, pricing, payment plans, and location advantages.

• Conduct and manage property/site visits and provide a professional customer experience.

• Explain project amenities, sample flats, layouts, approvals, possession timelines, and documentation.

• Handle customer queries and objections effectively.

• Negotiate with customers in coordination with the Sales Manager.





• Drive bookings, token payments, documentation, and final closures.

• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers until conversion.

• Coordinate with CRM, tele calling, finance, and other internal teams.

• Assist customers with home-loan processes and required documentation.

• Maintain accurate customer records and timely updates in CRM.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Prepare daily and weekly sales reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline; MBA preferred.

• 1–3 years of experience in real estate/property sales.

• Solid communication skills in English and Hindi.

• Regional language skills will be an advantage.

• Robust negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.

• Good understanding of the local real estate market.

• Comfortable using CRM, WhatsApp Business, and email.

• Robust follow-up and conversion skills.
