We are looking for Branch Manager for National dental care for HSR, Electronic city, Sarjapur, Kannamangala, Hoodi & Channasandra branch .

Experience - 4+yrs

Experience in hospital domain.

*Manage overall day-to-day operations of the dental clinic.

* Ensure smooth coordination between doctors, front office, dental assistants, and support staff.

* Monitor patient flow, appointments, and overall patient experience.

* Ensure doctors and staff follow clinic SOPs, policies, and protocols.

* Monitor branch performance, revenue, targets, and daily operations.

* Handle patient concerns and ensure timely resolution of complaints.

* Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, grooming, and discipline.





* Coordinate with HR regarding recruitment, staffing, attendance, and employee issues.

* Monitor inventory, equipment, and clinic requirements.

* Ensure proper maintenance, cleanliness, and hygiene of the clinic.

* Prepare and share daily/weekly branch performance reports with management.

* Coordinate with management and other departments for smooth branch functioning.

* Drive the branch towards achieving operational and revenue targets.
