Role Description The Business Development Manager role is a full time, on-site position based in Thane. The individual in this role will identify and develop recent business opportunities, build and nurture relationships with clients,



and expand market presence for Dakons’ cable management and infrastructure solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, preparing and delivering technical and commercial presentations, coordinating with internal engineering and production teams, and supporting bid proposals and tenders. The role also involves analyzing market trends, gathering customer feedback, maintaining a sales pipeline, and meeting revenue and growth targets. The Business Development Manager will represent the company at industry events and customer meetings, ensuring alignment between client needs and Dakons’ solution offerings.
