POSITION SUMMARY

We are looking for enthusiastic and career-oriented
Process Associates – AR Caller
to join our US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team. This role provides an excellent prospect for fresh graduates to build a successful career in the Healthcare BPO and Revenue Cycle Management industry.

The selected candidates will be responsible for interacting with US insurance companies to follow up on outstanding medical claims, identify claim status, and support the reimbursement process.

No prior healthcare experience is required. Candidates with positive communication skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Accounts Receivable Follow-up

• Contact insurance companies via telephone to follow up on outstanding medical claims.

• Verify claim status and identify reasons for claim delays, denials, or underpayments.

• Document call outcomes accurately in the billing system.





• Work on assigned accounts and maintain productivity targets.

• Escalate complex issues to senior team members when required.

• Follow established workflows and client-specific guidelines.

Claims & Insurance Coordination

• Review claim details before contacting insurance representatives.

• Obtain updates on claim processing and reimbursement status.

• Follow up on denied, rejected, pending, or underpaid claims.

• Ensure accurate documentation of claim-related information.

• Support revenue recovery activities by maintaining regular follow-ups.

Quality & Compliance

• Maintain high levels of accuracy and quality in all work performed.

• Adhere to HIPAA and organizational compliance requirements.

• Follow client processes and standard operating procedures.

• Participate in quality audits, feedback sessions, and training programs.

Learning & Development

• Attend training sessions on US Healthcare, Medical Billing, and Reve
