Role Overview

We’re looking for a driven International Business Development Representative (BDR) Intern to support our global sales efforts. Someone who’s hungry to learn sales the real way: by doing it. Not shadowing. Not watching. Actually getting on calls, sending emails, and figuring out what works.

What You’ll Do
Cold calling international prospects (yes, real people, real conversations)
Run and optimise cold email campaigns that don’t sound like spam
Identify and qualify potential leads for the sales team
Collaborate closely with Account Executives to book meetings
Maintain and update CRM with accurate prospect information
Research target markets and build prospect lists
Continuously improve outreach scripts and messaging





What We’re Looking For
Your childhood dream was to sell ice to an eskimo (brownie points if you've tried it).
Recent graduate or someone who has completed college
Strong communication skills (spoken & written English is a must)
Comfortable speaking with international prospects
High ownership and willingness to learn in a quick-paced workplace
You want a career in sales, startups, or SaaS — and want real experience, not fluff

Salary and Location Location: In-office Duration: 3–6 months

Stipend: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000/month

Working Hours: 1 PM – 10 PM (aligned with international markets)
