We are looking for an energetic, target-driven and commercially focused Sales Manager to drive business development and revenue growth for SOMARA and Goldstone Hospitality.

Job Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue for SOMARA.
Identify current business opportunities and generate qualified leads.
Acquire new corporate, institutional and high-value customers.
Develop relationships with companies, MNCs, startups, banks, hotels, event companies, travel companies and other organisations.




Generate business through corporate dining, group bookings, events, celebrations and private functions.
Develop and maintain a solid database of corporate and potential customers.
Conduct regular client meetings, business visits and networking activities.
Build strategic partnerships with corporate organisations, event planners, wedding planners, travel agencies and other relevant businesses.
Prepare sales proposals, quotations and customised packages.
Negotiate commercial terms within approved pricing and profitability guidelines.
Follow up consistently with leads and convert opportunities into confirmed bookings.
Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, proposals, conversions and sales revenue.
Work closely with the General Manager, Restaurant Manager, Corporate Sales Manager and Events team.
Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth execution of confirmed events and group bookings.
