JOB Description

To independently manage the Companys accounting, taxation, statutory compliance, banking and financial administration, ensuring accurate books of accounts, timely statutory filings and effective financial controls.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

a) Accounts & Finance

Oversee accounts payable, receivables, expenses, reconciliations and general ledger.
Prepare and review monthly financial statements, MIS and management reports.
Monitor cash flows, payments, collections and working capital.

b) Taxation & Statutory Compliance
Handle GST compliance, including preparation and timely filing of GST returns and reconciliations.
Manage Income Tax matters, including TDS, advance tax, assessments and coordination with tax consultants.
Ensure timely compliance with all applicable financial and statutory requirements.
Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants and statutory authorities as required.

c) Banking & Treasury
Manage day-to-day banking operations, including payments, transfers, deposits and bank reconciliations.




Coordinate with banks on account-related matters, documentation and financial transactions.
Monitor fund requirements and ensure timely availability of funds.

d) Audit & Financial Controls
Coordinate internal, statutory and tax audits.
Maintain proper documentation and financial records.
Strengthen accounting processes, controls and systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.

e) Administration & Commercial Matters
Handle finance-related administrative matters and documentation.
Support management on financial, commercial and administrative matters as required.
Liaise with vendors, consultants, banks and external agencies on accounts and finance-related matters.

SYSTEMS & SKILLS
Strong working knowledge of Tally and accounting systems.
Valuable understanding of GST, Income Tax, TDS and statutory compliance.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, banking and financial processes.
Valuable MS Excel skills.
