Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Technology / Engineering Manager to lead engineering initiatives, technology delivery, and team execution within a energetic and growing organization.

This role requires a leader who is comfortable wearing multiple hats, taking ownership across technology, delivery, people, and business priorities, and operating effectively without highly segmented responsibilities.

This is a hands-on leadership chance for someone who can combine robust technical understanding with people leadership, strategic thinking, and day-to-day execution.

Key Responsibilities
Lead engineering teams, providing technical direction, coaching, and performance leadership.
Own end-to-end technology delivery across multiple projects, initiatives, and priorities.
Translate business objectives into practical technology strategies, solutions, and execution plans.
Work closely with senior leadership and key stakeholders to define priorities, manage expectations, and drive successful outcomes.




Provide technical guidance on software architecture, application development, modernization, cloud, and emerging technologies.
Manage multiple concurrent initiatives while maintaining focus on timelines, quality, resources, and business priorities.
Establish and improve engineering processes, development standards, delivery practices, and operational discipline.
Participate in architecture and design discussions and provide hands-on guidance when required.
Identify delivery risks, technical challenges, and resource constraints and proactively develop solutions.
Collaborate across engineering, product, operations, business, and other functional teams to ensure effective execution.
Help build scalable engineering practices and organizational capabilities as the company continues to grow.
Take ownership of problems beyond a narrowly defined functional area and drive them through resolution.
