is looking for an
HR Executive
to support day-to-day human resource activities including recruitment, onboarding, employee records, attendance, HRMS, employee engagement, and HR operations.

The ideal candidate should be organized, responsible, people-oriented, and comfortable coordinating with employees and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including job posting, resume screening, interview coordination, and follow-ups.
Support employee onboarding, induction, documentation, and exit formalities.
Maintain employee records, attendance, leave details, and HRMS data.
Coordinate offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and other HR documentation.
Assist with payroll inputs, attendance records, leave data, and employee information.
Handle employee queries related to HR policies, attendance, leave, and general HR matters.
Support employee engagement activities, internal communication, and company events.
Maintain recruitment trackers, employee databases, and HR reports.




Coordinate performance review and probation confirmation processes.
Support implementation of company HR policies and procedures.
Assist management with regular HR and administrative activities.

Required Skills
1–3 years of experience in HR, Recruitment, or HR Operations.
Valuable understanding of recruitment and basic HR processes.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and basic HRMS tools.
Ability to maintain confidential employee information.
Good organizational and coordination skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and follow up effectively.

Preferred
Experience working in a startup, healthcare, technology, or corporate workplace.
Basic understanding of payroll, labour compliance, and HR policies.
Experience using HRMS or attendance management software will be an advantage.

Qualification

Graduate/MBA/PGDM in Human Resources, Management, Business A
