Role Description
The Business Development Executive will focus on identifying and pursuing recent business opportunities, building a strong sales pipeline, and nurturing leads through regular outreach and follow-up. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching potential clients, presenting Reallaunchers’ digital services, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts in alignment with company objectives. The role also involves managing client accounts,



maintaining relationships, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth project handovers and client satisfaction. This is a full-time, in office role based in Ambegaon, requiring consistent in-person collaboration with colleagues and clients.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess robust New Business Development and Lead Generation skills to identify opportunities and build a robust pipeline.
Candidates should possess solid Business and Account Management skills to manage client relationships and support long-term growth.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including presentation and interpersonal abilities, to engage prospects and clients effectively.
Experience in digital services, marketing, or IT solutions sales is beneficial.
Ability to work independently, meet targets, and manage time effectively in an on-site environment.
