Role Description The Area Manager role is a full time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The Area Manager will oversee multiple restaurant locations, ensuring operational excellence, adherence to company standards, and achievement of sales and profitability targets. Responsibilities include supervising store managers, monitoring performance metrics, optimizing staffing, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.



The role involves regular site visits, conducting audits, implementing process improvements, and coordinating with central teams for marketing, supply chain, and training initiatives. The Area Manager will also support current store openings, guide teams through change, and maintain compliance with safety, hygiene, and regulatory requirements.

• Experience in multi-unit retail or F&B; operations management, with a robust focus on QSR or Casual Dining.
