Location: Ahmedabad
Shift: US Shift – 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM (Night Shift)

Responsibilities
• Handle end-to-end recruitment activities.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Conduct initial HR interviews.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and management.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and joining.
• Discuss salary, notice period, and other employment details.
• Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.
• Achieve assigned hiring targets.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of candidates for current and future requirements.

Requirements
• Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in recruitment or HR will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of job portals and LinkedIn.
• Good convincing and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
