Role Description The Shift Engineer at Godrej Living will oversee day-to-day technical operations and maintenance activities for residential facilities in Mumbai. This full time, in office role includes monitoring building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety)
Qualifications
• Strong knowledge of building services and engineering systems, including electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and fire safety.
• Experience in facility management operations, preferably in residential or commercial real estate environments.
• Ability to supervise technical staff and coordinate work with vendors and contractors.
• Proficiency in using maintenance management tools, logging service requests, and preparing basic reports.




• Understanding of safety regulations, preventive maintenance practices, and compliance standards.
• Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Relevant industry certifications in building maintenance, safety, or energy management are an advantage.
• Solid problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and capacity to work in a shift-based schedule.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with residents and colleagues.
