Scriptlet Infosystems is looking for a agile, result-oriented, and self-motivated Business Development Manager who can identify new business opportunities, build solid client relationships, generate qualified leads, and contribute to the overall growth of the organization.

The ideal candidate should have prior experience in IT Services, Software Development, SaaS, Web & Mobile Application Development, Digital Solutions, or Technology Sales and should be comfortable handling both domestic and international clients.

The candidate will be responsible for managing the complete business development cycle, including prospect identification, lead generation, requirement understanding, proposal preparation, client communication, negotiation, follow-up, and deal closure.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate recent business opportunities from domestic and international markets.
Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, online platforms, referrals, networking, and other suitable channels.
Research potential customers, industries, decision-makers,



and target markets.
Connect with prospects and understand their business requirements, challenges, and technology needs.
Present the company’s services and solutions effectively to potential clients.
Promote services related to software development, web applications, mobile applications, SaaS products, AI solutions, automation, ERP, CRM, and other digital solutions.
Prepare business proposals, quotations, presentations, and commercial offers.
Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations, and requirement discussions.
Manage the complete sales cycle from initial contact to negotiation and closure.
Maintain regular follow-up with leads and prospects.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients and business partners.
Coordinate with technical and project teams for requirement analysis, estimation, solution planning, and proposal preparation.
