We are looking for a highly analytical and self-driven Finance Operations Analyst to support senior leadership with financial and operational reporting, data analysis, and executive presentations.

Key Responsibilities
Extract and analyze data from systems such as Workday, Target process, and other internal platforms.
Build and maintain Excel reports, trackers, and dashboards.
Create executive-ready PowerPoint presentations and management reports.
Track financial, operational, and cost-optimization initiatives.
Consolidate large datasets and translate them into transparent business insights.
Support recurring weekly/monthly reporting and ad hoc leadership requests.
Leverage AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Claude, or ChatGPT to improve reporting and analysis.





Key Skills
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Solid financial/data analysis and reporting experience.
Experience in Finance Operations, FP&A;, or Business Operations.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently, take direction, and run with assignments.
Experience supporting senior leadership preferred.
Workday/Target process and AI tools experience are a plus.
Robust background in Excel needed.

Working Hours: Must have approximately 2–3 hours of overlap with U.S.

Eastern

Time.
