About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and highly responsible Floor Manager to oversee the day-to-day management operations of the diagnostic centre.
The Floor Manager will be responsible for ensuring smooth patient movement, minimum waiting time, effective staff coordination, disciplined operations and an excellent patient experience across MRI, CT, Pathology, Front Office and Billing.
This is a hands-on floor operations role requiring the ability to manage people, solve problems professionally quickly and keep the centre running efficiently during peak hours.
