Description:

We are seeking a Business Intelligence Developer to design, develop, and maintain reporting and analytics solutions that enable data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role partners with business stakeholders to translate requirements into dashboards, reports, and data models that deliver meaningful business insights.

Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain BI solutions, dashboards, and reports.
Develop underlying data models for reporting.
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their data needs.
Collaborate with data engineers and the data platform team to ensure that the data available for reporting is aligned with the needs of business end users.
Perform BI tool administrative tasks, including managing licenses, access groups, and setting up current users.
Provide training support for reporting tools.
Independently identify and pursue data and process improvement prospects.

Qualifications:




Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience navigating and scavenging data from relational databases.
Experience with data prep tools to filter, join, and transform data from multiple disparate sources (SQL, python, PySpark, Tableau Prep, Power Query, or similar tools).
Experience creating reports in BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Qlik or similar).
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects at a time.
Proven ability to communicate complex technical details to non-technical audiences.
Experience selling your analysis and insights to drive action leading to better business outcomes.
Self-driven learner.
