Role Description

This is a full time, in office role for an Assistant Store Manager and Store Manager located in Karnataka, India.



The key responsibilities include managing daily store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, overseeing customer service, and implementing strategies for retail loss prevention. The role also involves coordinating staff activities, maintaining store quality standards, and achieving sales targets.

Proven leadership and team management abilities
Excellent problem-solving skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field is preferred
