Role Description
This is a full time, in office Healthcare Consultant role based in the Greater Delhi Area. The Healthcare Consultant will work closely with healthcare providers and internal teams to assess operational challenges, analyze clinical and administrative workflows,



and recommend data-driven improvements. Responsibilities include gathering and interpreting healthcare data, mapping current processes, developing consulting frameworks, and supporting the implementation of solutions in areas such as staffing, EHR optimization, and revenue cycle initiatives. The role involves preparing client reports and presentations, facilitating stakeholder meetings, and collaborating with technical teams to align AI, automation, and interoperability projects with clinical and business goals. The Healthcare Consultant will also stay current on healthcare regulations and industry trends to ensure that recommendations are compliant, practical, and scalable.

Qualifications
Robust Analytical Skills, including data interpretation, problem-solving, and workflow analysis.
