About the Role

Bilva Cubicle Solutions is seeking a responsible and organized Project Execution Coordinator to oversee installation coordination, track project progress, and ensure timely completion.

The ideal candidate will support smooth project execution through effective follow-up, team coordination, and prompt problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities :

Coordinate and manage installation teams.

Assign projects, tasks, and responsibilities to field teams.

Coordinate with site supervisors and clients to ensure smooth execution.

Track project progress and follow up to ensure timely completion. Identify and resolve execution-related issues promptly.

Coordinate material requirements and deliveries to project sites.

Work with the godown team to ensure material availability. Share regular updates on project status, pending work, and delays.

Perform additional duties as assigned by the company.





Requirements :

1–3 years of experience in site execution, project coordination, or a related field.

Robust communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.

Ability to speak Hindi.

Experience in managing installation teams and resolving execution issues.

Solid problem-solving and time-management skills.

Basic proficiency in Excel, WhatsApp, and project reporting.

Responsible, disciplined, and able to work independently.

Preferred Experience :

Candidates with previous experience in logistics, dispatch, transportation, material movement, or logistics coordination will be highly preferred. Positive knowledge of logistics and coordinating materials, teams, and project-site deliveries will be an added advantage.
