Role Description The Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for driving residential real estate sales, managing the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to closing deals and post-sale follow-up. The Sales Manager will build and maintain robust relationships with prospective buyers, channel partners, and brokers,



conduct site visits and property presentations, and provide accurate information on project features, pricing, and financing options. Day-to-day tasks include tracking sales performance, preparing reports and forecasts, collaborating with marketing and project teams to develop effective promotional strategies, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience. The role also involves monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales approaches and contribute to revenue growth.
