Role Description The CMA (Cost and Management Accountant) role at RSTRL Super Tech Infra Pvt Ltd is a full-time, in office position based in Lucknow. The CMA will be responsible for preparing and analyzing cost sheets, budgets, and financial reports to support decision-making for railway and infrastructure projects. Daily tasks include monitoring project expenses, performing variance analysis, and recommending cost optimization measures. The role involves coordinating with project,



procurement, and finance teams to ensure accurate cost allocation and compliance with internal policies and relevant accounting standards. The CMA will also assist in financial planning, forecasting, and the development of management reports for senior leadership.
Qualifications

• CMA certification or equivalent professional qualification in Cost and Management Accounting or a related field.
• Robust knowledge of cost accounting, budgeting, variance analysis, and financial reporting.
