Role Description
The Partner role is a full time remote position responsible for building and managing client relationships across research-intensive industries. Day-to-day work includes engaging with senior stakeholders to understand their strategic and technical needs, scoping projects, and designing solutions that combine capability audits,



talent strategies, and innovation pilots. The Partner will lead proposal development, oversee delivery teams, and ensure high-quality outcomes through explicit planning, progress reviews, and risk management. This role involves coordinating expert networks, identifying specialist talent, and guiding clients through feasibility assessments, validation planning, and implementation roadmaps. The Partner will also contribute to business development by identifying new opportunities, shaping service offerings, and representing Healix Technologies in professional and industry forums.

Qualifications
Solid background in research-intensive domains (e.g., engineering, science, technology, AI, robotics, biotech, healthcare, energy, aerospace, manufacturing) and the ability to engage credibly with technical and academic stakeholders.
Experience in consulting, innovation management, or R&D; leadership
