Customer Support Representative – Logistics & Shipping

Location: Vaishali, Ghaziabad

Experience: 1–2 Years

Salary: 30,000–40,000 per month

We are hiring a Customer Support Executive with hands-on experience in the Logistics, Shipping, or Freight Forwarding industry.

The ideal candidate should have practical experience in shipment coordination, container tracking, shipping-line coordination, and customer communication. Prior experience in Logistics/Shipping/Freight Forwarding is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries related to shipments and provide timely updates.
Track containers and shipments and provide regular status updates.
Coordinate with shipping lines regarding vessel schedules and shipment movements.
Monitor and communicate ETA, ETD, and other significant shipment milestones.
Handle logistics/shipping portals and maintain shipment-related information.
Coordinate internally for quotations,



documentation, and operational updates.
Follow up on customer requests and ensure timely resolution.
Communicate professionally with domestic and international clients.

Mandatory Requirements:-
1–2 years of relevant experience in Logistics, Shipping or Freight Forwarding.
Hands-on experience in shipment/container tracking and coordination.
Valuable understanding of ETA, ETD, vessel schedules, and shipping terminology.
Experience coordinating with shipping lines and customers.
Solid customer-handling and query-resolution skills.
Excellent written and verbal English communication.
Comfortable working from the office in Vaishali, Ghaziabad.
Salary expectations within 35,000–40,000 per month.

Candidates without prior Logistics, Shipping or Freight Forwarding industry experience will not be considered.
