As a Technology Analyst (SFDC & Veeva CRM), the candidate will support Salesforce.com (SFDC) and Veeva CRM implementation and maintenance activities for clients in the pharma/life sciences domain. Veeva CRM is built on the Salesforce platform and is widely used by pharma/life sciences clients for field force and multichannel engagement, so the role spans both standard Salesforce and Veeva-specific configuration. The role involves working on configuration, issue resolution, and supporting project delivery under the guidance of senior team members.

Essential Functions:

• Implement Salesforce (SFDC) and Veeva CRM Projects:
Support Salesforce implementation and enhancement activities for client projects
Assist in configuring Salesforce features such as fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, picklists, and flows
Work with senior team members to understand requirements and execute assigned tasks
Participate in testing, validation, and deployment activities
Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and timelines




Follow established processes and best practices during implementation
Support configuration and enhancement of Veeva CRM applications built on the Salesforce platform, including Account, Call, Key Message, and Sample Management objects
Assist in configuring Veeva-specific components such as Business Rules, MyInsights, CLM (Closed Loop Marketing) presentations, and Approved Email templates

• Feasibility and ad hoc analysis:
Support basic feasibility analysis of requirements under guidance
Assist in analyzing data and system behaviour to support business needs
Collaborate with team members to address ad hoc requests from stakeholders

• Support Team Members:
Work closely with senior analysts and developers on project tasks
Seek guidance when required and contribute to team deliverables
Participate in knowledge sharing sessions within the team

• Contribute to the Centre of Excellence (CoE):
Support development of reusa
