Senior Associate - Non-Financial Data Analytics & Reporting - IN
The Senior Associate Non-Financial Data Analytics & Reporting serves as the enterprise-wide subject matter expert for the global Risk Analytics Data and Reporting (RADaR) team to develop data strategy, strengthen data & reporting governance and enhance reporting, metrics and analytics.

Key Responsibilities and Duties
This job partners closely with the leadership team to support the execution of their business goals from Data Analytics and Data Visualization while overseeing data system operations, batch support and governance.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Define data quality rules, thresholds, controls and monitoring processes for Non-Financial Risk (NFR) related data.
Perform robust NFR Data Quality validation & checks.




Leverage Snowflake to analyses large and complex NFR datasets and perform data profiling and validation.
Develop SQL queries to identify anomalies, data gaps, duplicates, inconsistencies and trends.
Perform source-to-target reconciliation and data validation across data pipelines.
Support development of data quality checks and monitoring processes within the data workplace.
Analyze relationships between source data, transformed data and downstream risk reporting.
Work with technology/data engineering teams to investigate and resolve data issues.
Develop reusable analytical datasets to support NFR reporting and analytics.
Leverage Collibra to create and maintain business terms, data assets, critical data elements, ownership information and data quality attributes.
Support data lineage and metadata management.
Establish linkages between business definitions, data assets, reports and controls.
Identify prospects to improve automation and reduce manual metadat
