STEMCORP DYNAMICS is looking for an experienced and highly result-oriented Business Development Manager – Institutional Sales to drive the sales of our Skill Labs, Robotics Labs, STEM Labs, AI & IoT Labs and technology training programs across schools and colleges.

This is a target-driven position designed for a sales professional who can independently generate leads, meet institutional decision-makers and convert opportunities into confirmed business.

Key Objective

The primary objective of this role is to acquire recent schools and colleges as clients and generate revenue through the sale of:
Robotics Labs
AI & IoT Labs
STEM & Innovation Labs
Skill Development Labs
3D Printing Labs
Technology & Skill Training Programs
STEM/Robotics Education Programs
Institutional technology solutions

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a sales strategy for schools, colleges and educational institutions.




Identify and generate recent institutional leads.
Directly approach Principals, Directors, Trustees, Management, Administrators and other decision-makers.
Schedule and conduct institutional meetings and presentations.
Understand client requirements and propose suitable lab/program packages.
Prepare and follow up on quotations and commercial proposals.
Negotiate and close institutional deals.
Maintain a solid and measurable sales pipeline.
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Provide regular sales reports and pipeline updates to management.
Build long-term relationships with institutions and generate repeat business.
Coordinate with the technical/implementation team after successful closure.

TARGET-BASED EMPLOYMENT

This is a strictly performance and target-based position.

The selected candidate will be given clearly defined sales targets and timelines.
