Job Summary
We are seeking a warm, skilled, and customer-centric Front Office Associate to join our team in the beautiful hill station of Pachmarhi. As the first point of contact, you will welcome tourists, nature enthusiasts, and families visiting the region, ensuring they experience exceptional hospitality from check-in to check-out. [1, 2, 3, 4]Your primary goal will be to manage front desk operations smoothly while actively assisting guests with travel queries, local sightseeing recommendations (such as Bee Falls, Jatashankar, and Dhoopgarh), and resolving requests promptly.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Relations & Front Desk Operations: Welcome, greet, and check-in guests according to standard operating procedures (SOPs). Process registrations, assign rooms, and issue room keys efficiently.
Reservations & Billing: Manage walk-in, telephonic,



and online room reservations. Process payments, handle currency exchange, verify room billing, and issue accurate final invoices during check-out.
Local Concierge Support: Act as a local guide by providing accurate information about Pachmarhi’s weather, local attractions, safari bookings, trekking trails, and transportation options.
Cross-Department Coordination: Coordinate closely with the Housekeeping and F&B; Service teams to ensure rooms are ready on time and guest requests (extra bedding, meals) are addressed immediately.
Grievance Redressal: Anticipate guest needs, address complaints gracefully, and resolve any room or service issues promptly to ensure high guest satisfaction.
Documentation & Compliance: Maintain exact logs of guest check-ins/check-outs, file mandatory police verification forms (C-Forms) for international tourists if applicable, and maintain cash drawers securely.
