We are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive to drive B2B sales and business growth for Uffizio Commute's technology and smart transportation solutions.

The ideal candidate should have a strong IT/Technology sales background, proven experience in B2B/Enterprise sales, the ability to handle a sales team, and robust commercial negotiation and deal-closing skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive recent business development and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and closure.
• Identify and develop opportunities with enterprises, schools, transport operators, system integrators, ERP providers, and technology partners.
• Conduct client meetings, product presentations, proposals, commercial discussions, and negotiations.
• Build relationships with CXO-level and senior decision-makers.
• Manage, guide, and monitor a team of sales/business development executives.
• Review team pipelines, performance, follow-ups, and conversion regularly.




• Lead pricing and commercial negotiations and ensure profitable deal closures.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts, and pipeline reports.
• Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and strategic partnerships.
• Represent the company at customer meetings, exhibitions, and business events.

Mandatory Requirements

• 5+ years of proven experience in IT / Technology Sales – Mandatory.
• Strong experience in B2B / Enterprise Sales.
• Team handling / sales team management experience.
• Solid business and commercial negotiation skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals.
• Excellent English communication skills – Mandatory.
• Strong presentation, client management, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to negotiate with CXOs, business heads, procurement teams, and senior stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel for business development and client meetings.
